就是怎么讲，我是真不太懂
他说这次之前都是能正常更新的，这次开始就不行了
我理解是开着梯子不能装还给了403意思就是网络上给了限制所以不行对吧？那为啥这个dll会无法访问报错啊这不是本地的东西吗？
然后就是如果是梯子的问题，是给设置个白名单就行了吗？
