Honestly 4chan sort of sucks nowadays, I'm aware that everyone has the sentiment that their favorite site was better in the "good ol days" but 4chan really has been horrendous in the past few years. The recent changes that hiroshimoot made to the captcha have been terrible and I won't post there any longer purely because of it. For anyone unaware, the captcha is now a 5 step process that's very complex and you have a mandatory wait period before you even get served the captcha.

I've never heard this before, I've moved areas several times and I've had no issues getting things figured out but it is true that things vary county to county & state to state. Example: varying laws on what's considered legal (guns are a very volatile subject where the laws change state to state), different police departments, different public infrastructure, different taxes, etc.
Regarding the comments about the police, I don't want to be a bootlicker and say that most of those stories are exagerrated or untrue, but lots of them are. Don't get me wrong, it's not a perfect system and there are cases where abuse of prosecution happens but I do want to say that it's rare and I've never heard of it happening to any of my friends or any family members.
If anything my complaints regarding the police is that they're not putting their energy into the right things, there's too many instances of people getting robbed where there's blatant evidence and the police refuse to do anything about it. Not too long ago if a person stole anything below $950 in California, the police would refuse to come because it's a "waste of their resources".

国内上岛是直连的，不需要代理。不过你要确保使用的手机号是同一个，因为岛上唯一能标识身份的饼干（cookie）就是绑定你当前手机号的。虽然换个饼干进行更新其实也不是什么大问题( ﾟ∀。)
另外岛和4chan不一样，是不存在归档期限的，除非被红名sage了，所以不用反复顶贴确保不被归档
