Good thouths. There's a TV series called Person of interest which shows worries about people's privacy in public. Actually it was designed for being convenient to solve the case, whatever criminal or civil. We do have risks of privacy leakage, that's why only gov system can use it. I mean officers if they'd like to leak out our information, then they better think of the results. There's a very interesting official TV program called Legal Report.
