中国人民对西方外国游客有什么看法？
我正在考虑申请一份为期10年的旅游签证，但我感到有些紧张，因为中国似乎与我之前去过的任何其他国家都截然不同. (;´Д`)

I wrote a quick and dirty userscript for accessibility on this website, it just adds a translation button on posts and translates a few existing elements. I doubt it'll be useful for anyone because I'm probably the only one in the world struggling to remember certain symbols but I may as well share it instead of having it rot on my computer. Someone might be interested in how I iterate through translation apis atleast.
我随手写了一个比较粗糙的用户脚本，用来提升这个网站的无障碍体验。它只是给帖子加了一个翻译按钮，并翻译了几个现有元素。我怀疑这东西对任何人都没什么用，因为可能全世界只有我一个人在苦恼记不住某些符号，不过与其让它烂在我的电脑里，不如分享出来。至少也许会有人对我是怎么轮流尝试各个翻译 API 感兴趣。

我平时在大部分地方使用公共交通系统就已经很费劲了，总是需要多次查看手机确认下车地点。维基百科上关于3号线的页面显示其日常运营负荷率经常超过100%，这确实有点吓人. ( ☉д⊙)

Every food item you listed sounds very appealing but I'm sort of caught off-guard by the pigeon lol.
I really am a huge sucker for chicken & honey-barbecued pork though so I'll be sure to keep my eyes open.
Anyways, regarding my situation with my parents. It's a little complicated since they're obviously concerned about me but they have trust that I won't do anything reckless.
I doubt that they're going to be too concerned when I tell them about my plans for China since it's way safer than a few other countries I went to not too long ago.
I'm also no longer a child so it's not like they can tell me no, I got big boy money & real responsibilities now haha but in all seriousness I have a good relationship w/ them and I respect their wishes.
I also wanted to ask earlier but I read online that Baidu Map's review system isn't too good, so I'm curious on how I should know about the quality of restaurants & stores beforehand?

你列出的每一样食物听起来都很诱人，但鸽子那一条着实让我有点猝不及防呢。
不过我真的对鸡肉和蜜汁叉烧毫无抵抗力，所以一定会多加留意的.
总之，关于我父母这边的情况，稍微有点复杂。他们当然关心我，但同时也相信我做事不会太出格。
我觉得等我告诉他们中国的行程计划时，他们应该不会太担心，毕竟比起我之前去的其他几个国家，这里要安全得多.
我也不再是个孩子了，所以他们也不能直接对我说不，毕竟现在我有大人的收入和实实在在的责任了，哈哈。不过说正经的，我和他们关系挺好，也尊重他们的意愿。
其实之前就想问，但看到网上说百度地图的评论系统不太靠谱，所以有点好奇，我该怎么提前了解餐馆和商店的质量呢？

I can't say that I've ever cooked offal myself, but I'm totally willing to try new foods even if they're considered an acquired taste since I believe that's part of the fun of life. I've already tried "Rocky Mountain Oysters" before so there can't be much worse than that lol.

Thanks for the suggestion, one thing I like about Google Maps is that it shows public transportation (public buses, subways, etc) and information regarding when they'll arrive & what their routes are, do either of those apps contain anything similar? I highly doubt Google Maps will work good if at all so I'm sort of curious on how these apps compare.

我想，那已经是旅游签证能达到的最长有效期了，应该是给那些因为各种原因经常去中国度假的人准备的。我觉得这种签证更难拿到，不过我之前联系的签证代办机构告诉我，如果他们办不到10年的，就会改办期限更短的。（申请10年签证也不需要额外费用，所以在我看来不如直接申请。）
