在曾经的a岛中,推理版出现了一条串"意识,科学唯一无法企及的领域",一位a岛前辈为了驳斥这种论调,在此串中进行了如下的科普。
前辈所科普涉猎之广,内容之深刻,为搬运者带来了相当程度的精神震撼,以及带来了许多方向性的人生选择。
由于原a岛的沉没,此串已经不可考,万幸的是,笔者于过去因学习方向的原因,保存了一部分内容,秉承互联网精神,也希望怀有相同理想或志向的同志在此汲取养分,故在原文基础上稍微排版,并在此重新贴出。

map92[0,100]98[0,100],两两之和加一遍,然后晒掉平方数,得到一个数字间的互斥关系,然后遍历一遍取最大值
如果我没把东西还给老师的话应该是o(n^2),还可以优化下就是不去遍历已知的互斥节点,当成搜索来写,深搜广搜应该都成

当你觉得自己无缘无故状态很差,一直胡思乱想,总是静不下心来,那就很有可能是因为你饿了或者渴了 ゚∀゚)σ
虽然这听起来非常理所当然,但真的有太多现代人因为各种原因没有好好吃饭或者补水,饥渴会让人丧失斗志,而长期快节奏的生活又容易让人丧失识别身体内部信号的能力。
除了饥渴之外,就是睡眠。睡眠时间不足极易使人掉san,看什么都觉得很烦。充足睡眠的重要性大家应该都懂,这里就不多赘述。
总之,当你觉得自己状态差,又不清楚原因的时候,请问自己以下问题:
我饿了吗?是否到饭点而我又没吃饭呢?
我渴了吗?今天我有充分补水吗?
我感觉冷/我感觉热吗?
我昨天晚上睡够了吗?

为什么你总是无法集中注意力去读书/工作?
除了看多了短视频、或者是有ADHD,另一个可能的原因是,你有创伤,并且它没有得到很好的治愈。
已有研究表明创伤后应激障碍患者缺乏注意力的模式。《身体从未忘记》一书中指出,从战场退役的军人可以进入大学读书,但是统计显示,比例极高的退伍士兵无法完成学业(估计在80%以上)。无法集中注意力无疑是导致他们无法完成学业的主要原因,而他们大多都患有创伤后应激障碍。
对于军人来说,创伤是战争。对于普通人来说,创伤可能是小时候父母的争吵、来自养育者的拳脚、被朋友的背叛。普通人或许没有创伤后应激障碍,但创伤仍然存在。
在危险的创伤环境中,人无法专心只做自己的事情,不然就无法应对随时会变化的外界环境。所以,为了存活下来,大脑需要时刻保持警觉,警惕外界的一切风吹草动,而这种模式在成年之后也不会消失,以至于每次试图将注意力投注在自己的事情时,大脑都会本能地感到危险,去制止这种行为。
所以,如果你无法集中注意力去做事,这很有可能不是你的错噢。

我小时候被欺凌过,读书的时候经常在教室里感到难受甚至恶心,但我又是真的喜欢看书和学习。结果就是明明很喜欢知识但是成绩不太好,现在也在学历自卑中,这个问题折磨我好久了( TдT)
